The Services that PullUsTogether provides are always evolving and may change from time to time without prior notice to you. In addition, PullUsTogether may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services (or any features within the Services) to you or to users generally and may not be able to provide you with prior notice. We also retain the right to create limits on use of our resources at our sole discretion at any time without prior notice to you.

The Services may include advertisements, which may be targeted to the Content or information on the Services, queries made through the Services, or other information. The types and extent of advertising by PullUsTogether on the Services are subject to change. In consideration for PullUsTogether granting you access to and use of the Services, you agree that PullUsTogether and its partners may place such advertising on the Services or in connection with the display of Content or information from the Services.

User Behavior and User Submitted Content

You may use the Services only if you abide by these common-sense rules:

• Treat others with respect. No Hate, No Libel and No Slander!

These behaviors are counter to the core purpose of the platform and diminishes the value of our offerings. We're all about respectful introductions to broaden your social and professional networks. This platform is intended as a safe communal environment. Be respectful to other Users. Use common courtesy: refrain from abusive, obscene, or offensive language, images, or links. Do not harass, intimidate or troll other users of the Services. When you observe abusive behavior by other Users of the Services, you should report this behavior to PullUsTogether in a timely manner to be addressed. We may suspend or terminate an account if we determine a User has undermined the safety of other Users, or the integrity of the platform.

• Don’t misrepresent yourself

We rely on an honest representation of yourself for the integrity of introducing you to others. Misrepresenting your age or profile image(s) could lead to disciplinary actions. Guests should be able to confirm your in-person identity through your profile image(s). Minors are not permitted on this site without parental supervision.

• Only share information you own and are comfortable with being in the public domain

Think twice before you publish. Would the information you’re sharing be considered compromising? Keep in mind that even if original content can be deleted, the content that is shared with others can be stored by others. PullUsTogether gives you a personal, worldwide, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use the software that is provided to you by PullUsTogether as part of the Services. You understand and agree that the Services are provided to you on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

PullUsTogether.Org Rights

All right, title, and interest in and to the Services (excluding Content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of PullUsTogether and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, patent and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Nothing in the Terms gives you a right to use the PullUsTogether name or any of the PullUsTogether trademarks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features.

PullUsTogether retains the right to discipline any abusive user, block any offensive content, or remove any previously posted content on PullUsTogether Social Networks, in our sole discretion. PullUsTogether reserves the right, but does not have the obligation, to monitor PullUsTogether’s Social Networks.

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding PullUsTogether, or the Services is entirely voluntary and we will be free to use such feedback, comments or suggestions as we see fit and without any obligation to you.

By using the Services, you agree to indemnify and hold PullUsTogether harmless against any and all third-party action based upon or arising directly or indirectly from any network connections you make while using the Services.

Ending These Terms

The Terms will continue to apply until terminated by either you or PullUsTogether as follows.

You may end your legal agreement with PullUsTogether at any time for any reason by deactivating your accounts and discontinuing your use of the Services. You do not need to specifically inform PullUsTogether when you stop using the Services. If you stop using the Services without deactivating your accounts, your accounts may be deactivated due to inactivity.

We may suspend or terminate your accounts or cease providing you with all or part of the Services at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, if we reasonably believe: (a) you have violated these Terms (b) you create risk or possible legal exposure for us; or (c) our provision of the Services to you is no longer commercially viable. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you by the email address associated with your account.

In all such cases, the Terms shall terminate your license to use the Services, without limitation.
